We Fight for Justice with Your Support

The core of our mission is to ensure our government works for and keeps its promises to constituents, not just for powerful economic interests and the wealthy few. Undoubtedly a vital force in Arizona, we prioritize cases that will have the greatest impact on everyone’s civil and legal rights.

However – we can’t do this without your support! The Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest is an established and independent advocate because of generous donations and grants from individuals and groups. We don’t receive any government funding, nor do we charge our clients a fee.

You can help in numerous ways:

  • Donate Online: Quick and easy, your cash donations help us stand up for Arizona’s most vulnerable populations. Visit our online donation center to submit a one-time payment or recurring donation.
  • Legacy Giving: Leave a legacy for all Arizonans. You can give via various assets (cash, appreciated securities, retirement plan assets, life insurance, real estate and donor-advised funds) or name the Center in your will or living trust. Learn more about legacy giving.
  • Virtual & In-Person Fundraisers: Each year, we host an annual fundraising event to educate the community about our work and raise much-needed donations to continue our efforts. We also host seasonal online fundraisers throughout the year. Sign up for our email list to receive invitations and updates.

We’re Not All Playing on the Same Field

We understand that the courts are often the only institution that can prevent abuse, misuse, or failure to use power,
and that a healthy democracy requires holding the government accountable to the people.

Because we are committed to what’s best for Arizona’s future, we are willing to do what’s right, no matter
how long it takes. Learn more about what we do.
